Accept online payments for tickets directly through your pre-registration flow. Customers can pay upfront during registration or at the door, giving you flexibility in how you manage ticket sales.
Powered by Stripe Connect: We use Stripe Connect to securely onboard your business, verify your identity (KYC), and ensure all payments are processed safely and deposited directly to your account.
How does it work
1. Pre-register payment flow
We support the online payment through the pre register flow, and once you toggle the payments in the settings, then the pre register will change to show the payment option.
This will slightly change the page with showing the price of the ticket and showing our gateway provider to give the customer more trust to your business that provides this.

2. Payment settings
In the payment settings you can edit and decide your price, this price will be bound to your business location.

3. Enforce payment
As last you decide if you want to enforce the payment via the pre register flow.
4. Payment status display
Once you scan the QR code or select it from the list, it will be displayed that the customer paid for the ticket.

Notes
- When a customer succeeds with a payment, there will be an inactive account created in our system to keep record of the phone number so we can track along when the customer. The phone number that's used on the pre register will be used. The customer can still change the phone number on stripe checkout but it will not be used to send the ticket to.
