How do we onboard new customers?
- Create a ticket by entering the customer’s phone number to send an SMS ticket, or
- Scan the customer’s personal QR code from the CoatCheck app.
How do TAGs work?
- You can pre-register tags, but most venues place fixed numbers on hangers or attach labels to items. During ticket creation, type the TAG value. The system verifies if it’s available and links it to the ticket.
How does a customer redeem their ticket?
- They can show their ticket QR code to staff for scanning, or
- Check out using their phone number plus a 4‑digit code from the SMS ticket.
Can we recover a customer’s ticket?
- Yes. You can search and view open tickets from the Staff app.
