Tag Management

Tags are used to identify the personal belongings of a customer from their ticket.

Its not required to pre-register the tags, the system takes care of the TAG that is put in for creating the ticket and will check if it exists.

Visit the dashboard > Tags Management > Add New Item > Fill in the text and create the tag.

We support RFID chips to take away to type the TAG for creating the ticket and instead we can scan the RFID that is linked to the TAG
