Pre‑Queue Onboarding Guide
We made this feature to have your customers that don't have the app or neither wants to use the app, You can easily have them onboarded to send them a ticket without exchanging the phone number by voice or typing.
- Onboard the customers by showing a poster with the QR code where they can leave their phone number and it will give them a QR code.
- The attendee can either scan the QR code or go in the app to
pre-queueonboarding signups to select the phone number they have put in. - The customer wlll receive a SMS ticket and a link to a public ticket link
